Refund policy

As a consumer purchasing from Durcotta within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party you designate, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the standard withdrawal form or contact us directly at hello@durcotta.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be: unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition; returned with all original tags attached; free from perfume, makeup, or any signs of use.

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal: sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear); items that have been clearly personalized or made to order.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal to return the goods to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

We will refund the full price of the item including standard delivery costs. If you chose a non-standard delivery method, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@durcotta.com. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.
